COVID-19 Policy

Enhancing the safety and health of our clients and staff is a top priority. Clients appointments are conducted by telephone calls (telemedicine) or in-office attendance. If you're coming into the office, please understand our protocol below...

  • Wear a mask throughout your whole appointment, it is required. 
  • your temperature is taken upon arrival. If your temperature reads 100 degrees or higher, you will be unable to enter the office and further instruction will be provided. 
  • Our patients are immediately escorted to a room before the next client enters, there is no waiting in the lobby.

What Are Your Hours?

MRS is open Monday to Friday with virtual and in-person appointments available. During the pandemic, we ask you confirm your scheduled appointment time prior to arrival for easy COVID-19 protocol practice.

Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 6:00 a.m. – noon.

Does MRS Take Health Insurance?

MRS opts not to take insurance; if you have private insurance, we are glad to complete an insurance claim form for you to submit to your company.

Does MRS Offer In-Person Appointments?

Yes! We have a limited amount of slots for in-person appointments. When you schedule your in-person session, you must agree to wear a mask and have your temperature checked. We will direct you to a room so you do not have to wait in the lobby. Please see our COVID-19 policies at the top of this page.
